Thank you for visiting and shopping at Vahe Grigorian Art. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Cutoff & Processing Time
- Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (PST) Pacific Standard Time.
- Handling Time: All orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).
- Notification: You will receive a notification email once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Vahe Grigorian Art is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
4. Order Status & Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
