Return Policy At Vahe Grigorian Art, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our original watercolor paintings. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy to assist you.

Eligibility for Returns You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return:

  • Condition: The artwork must be in its original condition, without any damage or alterations.

  • Packaging: Please ensure the painting is securely packaged in its original packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at Grigorianvahe@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your artwork to inform us of your intent to return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions on how to proceed.

  3. Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to safeguard against loss or damage.

Refunds Upon receiving and inspecting the returned artwork, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Custom or Commissioned Artworks: Personalized pieces created specifically for you are non-returnable.

  • Gift Cards: Non-tangible items such as gift cards cannot be returned.

Damaged Items If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at Grigorianvahe@gmail.com with photographs of the damage and the packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
